Overview

The authors of wew.pub ("We, Us") have written this document in order to help the visitors of wew.pub domain ("You") understand:

We obtain information from You in two general ways: explicitly and implicitly. Before you submit information to Us in an explicit manner, part of the submission process will include a positive confirmation (i.e. a checkbox) that You have read the terms of, as well as a hyperlink to, this document. By submitting Your information to Us in this way, it is understood that You have agreed with the terms described in this document.

Explicit Information Submission

Whenever You explicitly submit information to Us, it is expected that the information is critical in order for Us to be able to successfully provide a product or a service that directly depends on that information. Wherever You submit the information (i.e. near the location of the input field on a web page) there should be sufficient guidance to explain the specific purpose for which We will be using that information.

Examples of these explicit information submissions include, but are not limited to:

Implicit Information Submission

An implicit information exchange occurs whenever Your device requests an Asset ("Performs a Request"). In order for Us to fulfill the request, We may process all information provided by Your device and the network through which Your device provides said information ("Metadata"). It is possible for You to Perform a Request without first being aware of the terms of this document. For this reason, We do not assume your agreement with this document when processing Your Metadata.

We use Your Metadata primarily for the purpose of increasing network security, ensuring system integrity and Asset availability ("System Health"). If Your request activity exceeds expected levels of interaction, Your Metadata may be used in any way for the purpose of reducing risk to System Health. If Your request activity does not exceed expected levels of interaction, it will then be aggregated with other visitors' Metadata in order to produce anonimized statistics. The primary purpose for these statistics is to baseline and improve system performance.

3rd Party Information Processing

We may use 3rd party services in order to provide You with any feature, product or service. Whenever We include any form of 3rd party information processing on any Asset, an appropriate hyperlink to that party's policy documents will be included here.
